ORDERING 

Why do I want to connect with an Innovator?

You want to connect with an Innovator in your area to get discount on all of our great products.  They are here to help make your experience fun, easy and allow you to etch your own style.  Click the Locate an Innovator, insert your Zip Code and click into their Facebook page.  Like their page and you will receive the details on how to shop either directly through the shop or by booking a party to be a Hostess and receive lots of FREE and further discounted options. 

How do I order online?

Once you connect with an Innovator you will receive your shopping code, this will allow you to shop at www.intagliadesigns.com/shop instantly.  If you are not the at home party type, no worries just shop, shop, and keep shopping!

Do you have to have an Intaglia Designs Innovator to order jewelry or accessories?

No, but why not locate one to receive your discount code!  They are here to make your shopping experience easy so please connect with them. 

I attended a Party and want to buy online.  How does my Hostess get credit?

If you were invited to a Party, you should have received your Hostess' shopping code.  Use this code during the check-out process.  When you use this code your order will automatically be included in her Party Order and will help her earn more FREE product!

Do I have to set up an account to buy online?

Yes, and the reason is we want you to be able to check the status of your order and always have the information you need in case there is a problem with your jewelry or you want to exchange it for something different.  If you don't want to receive updates there is an option to opt out.  You can access your account by using your email address and password you created.  Only you will have access to this information. 

Can I change my order after it is placed?

If you have added your order to a Party, please contact your Innovator as soon as possible to inquire about possible updates to your order.  If the order has not been processed at the warehouse (2-3 day processing time after an order is place), your Innovator will do their best to assist you with your change.  Once the order has been processed, changes can no longer be made.  But wait, don't lose hope! Our Innovators have stock on hand, if they have the piece you want they will be more than willing to swap out your order when it arrives.  That is why it is important to stay close to your Innovator they are here to help. 

Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

Absolutely, Intaglia Designs offers gift certificates for $25, $50 and $100 values.  You can access Gift Certificates by clicking the link located in the footer at the bottom of this website. 

What does it mean when an item is identified as a 'Retiring Item'?

'Retiring Items' are only available while supplies last.  Get them before they're gone! 

PAYMENT & BILLING 

What are my payment options?

Intaglia Designs accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. 

How is sales tax calculated?

The sales tax is calculated based on the location of the shipping address. 

Does Intaglia Designs keep my credit card information secure?

Yes. We use a variety of industry-standard technologies and procedures to ensure the security of your online order including payment card data. 

SHIPPING 

What are my shipping options?

Shipping is available via USPS (3-5 Business Days at $6.95) and UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days at $9.00) UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business days at $14.00) and UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day at $18.00). This is outside of the 2-3 day processing time.  For more information about shipping please refer to the Shipping Rates area. 

What if I have a backordered item on my order?

Every effort is made to keep adequate inventory of our product.  Yet, if an item is not available, We will notify you right away.  Please reference the item's detail page to view the estimated ship date. 

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
